Naceem applied her knowledge of Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS) and even used Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to solidify trauma healing from a neurological level. These modalities seemed to be fundamental to my understanding and growth.

I truly recognize and appreciate wellness benefits from only a little over a year of bi-weekly one on one psychotherapy meetings with Naceem. Our discussions ranged from the subtle metaphysical self, through to practical concrete topics and practice. These meetings have allowed me invaluable adjusted perspectives and insights that would have been near impossible without the help of an unbiased trusted advisor. As a side benefit of my therapy experience, I no longer need to take my long-term mood stabilizer prescription. The personal positive impacts for me have been far reaching and will remain a central part of my being and daily practice.
